Pound Cake Perfection using Baker's Formula


Ingredients

4 Eggs plus 3 yolks, large
Baking & Spices
8 oz (1 3/4 cups, 225 g) cake flour
125 10 oz (1 1/4 cups, 285 g) granulated sugar
1 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp Table salt
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Dairy
1 1/8 cup 9 oz unsalted butter, unsalted
2 oz Whole milk
